most cases he gets turned down. Why that happens he does not know.
ABILITIES AND SKILLS: Cicero is alright with a sword, but he's very clumsy
most of the time.
BACKGROUND STORY/HISTORY: Born a peasant, he always irritated
his family with his presence. When he was 6, his parents sold him to the
king of Gauldenfall to become his personal fool.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Always prays to the Gods, but they don't
seem to listen.
